HB Aesthetics is a Spanish laboratory that develops and manufactures dermo-aesthetic products for skincare professionals: mesotherapy solutions and sterile vials, chemical peelings, collagen boosters and medical devices. Founded in 2004 by chemist Raphael Chauchard, the company designs, formulates and fills its products in-house in Girona, under ISO 22716 certification (cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice).
Our three brands cover the full professional protocol. Fusion Meso brings mesotherapy solutions and sterile vials to aesthetic medicine; Ekseption offers chemical peelings and clinical skincare for cabin and retail; Acurhyal completes the range with hyaluronic acid medical devices. Together they are used in more than 14,000 clinics and beauty centers across 70 countries.
For established brands and distributors, our OEM and private label service turns proven formulations into your own products: custom mesotherapy vials, peelings and professional skincare, with regulatory support and European manufacturing capacity. Every batch is produced with solar-powered, carbon-negative manufacturing and fully recyclable packaging.
